Graduation plans may change, but you deserve to send graduation announcements to friends and relatives to let them know of your once-in-a-lifetime achievement. Graduation is an amazing accomplishment and all students should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate with their family and friends.

We support our employees who are answering our phones, packaging your orders and working tirelessly to make this part of your graduation experience an exciting one. We have added increased cleaning and sanitizing stations throughout our offices and warehouses to reduce the threat of possible transmission to our employees.

We have been working on our website to give our customers the safest and best experience from the comfort of their own home. Personalization options for the announcements now include the ability to omit the date, time and location for each university.

I haven’t placed my order yet. I don’t know if I will even have a graduation at this point.

Graduation Announcements are meant to be sent to your family and friends to announce your accomplishment. You just spent the last 4 or more years to achieve your diploma.
Even if the traditional graduation ceremony is postponed or canceled, you should still let your friends and family members know about all of your hard work.
You will receive gifts to help you start your new life. Moving, deposits, furniture, new apartment, etc cost a lot. You will get help!

Can I leave the date off my announcements?

Yes, the day and month can be omitted from the announcement and leave only the year itself.

Is the location and time required?

No, the location and time are not required fields and can be omitted.

My text still is not right!

If your text does not read the way you like, please place your order, then chat, or email, or call customer service and we will update your text. Dramatic changes may incur a small fee.

I don’t see the option I need in the dropdown menu. Can you add it?

If you do not see your selection from our dropdown list, please select the first option at the top of the dropdown menu that says “Type Your Own.” Once you have selected this option, a dialog box will appear below and you will be able to customize your information. You will be able to proof the announcement in its entirety after pressing the “1. Click to Proof” button.

I have already placed and received my order. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, personalized graduation announcements are not eligible for a refund. Due to the situation specifically with the pandemic, we are offering discounted reprinted announcements. Please contact customer service to have your announcements reprinted.

Should I reprint my announcements now or wait?

This is a matter of personal preference.
We can reprint the announcements now with only the year or only the month and the year, which allows flexibility for the true version of an announcement. For graduates who do not plan on inviting the recipients of the announcements or graduates who do not plan on walking, this is their most popular option.
As information is finalized from the Colleges and Universities in the coming weeks with alternate graduation plans, you may opt to wait and reprint them at that point instead. This would be ideal for graduates who wish to invite their family and friends or look forward to participating in a future ceremony date.
