Order Status

Standard shipping at $11.99 is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. We also have rush shipping options available. All rush service purchases are guaranteed. For more information on our Shipping Policy, please click here.
To check the status of your order, please click FIND MY ORDER at the top of the page and fill in the requested information. This will allow you to review status in real time of your order. Once your order ships, you will see updated information on this page as well as receive an email with your tracking number.

We recommend downloading the Deliveries App for iOS or Android. This app notifies you of any deliveries you have coming to your address after signing up.
Most frequently, the announcement package will be inside the box on the back side of the frame. In rare instances, the Announcement package will ship ahead of the frame.
To make a change to an already completed order, please click here. Rush orders only have 1 hour after being placed to make changes, while Standard orders have 6 hours. Changes requested outside of this time frame cannot be guaranteed and may incur a fee.
We apologize for this inconvenience. If there was not a paper enclosed with your order regarding the missing item, please fill out this form with the missing items. We will issue the replacement order and have it shipped out right away.

Yes, the day and month can be omitted from the announcement and leave only the year itself.
No, the location and time are not required fields and can be omitted.
If you do not see your selection from our dropdown list, please select the first option at the top of the dropdown menu that says “Type Your Own.” Once you have selected this option, a dialog box will appear below and you will be able to customize your information. You will be able to proof the announcement in its entirety after pressing the “1. Click to Proof” button.
The following are the sizes of our different styles of announcements and cards: Platinum, Elegant, and Medallion Announcement: 4.5" x 6.25" (folded); Economy Announcement: 4.375" x 6.125" (single panel card, no folding).
The following are the sizes of our different envelopes: Inner envelopes: (A6) 4.75" x 6.25"; Outer envelopes: (A7) 5.25" x 7.125"; Thank You Card envelopes: (A4) 5.75" x 4.5"

The blue or white piece in front of your Diploma Frame is the Plexiglass. That is a film on both sides to protect it during transit. It can be easily removed once you take your frame apart.
