Returns Policy

Diploma Frames Return Policy:

• Defective merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the customer or refunded 100%.
  • Please email Customer Service photos of the damaged items that need to be replaced.
• Diploma Frames and/or other non-personalized items can be replaced at no cost to the customer or refunded 100% (less shipping and handling) if unsatisfactory for any reason.
  • If a refund is requested, the Diploma Frames and/or other non-personalized items would need to be returned to our facility in order to issue a refund.
• Customer service must be notified within 10 days of package delivery date.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will then be emailed to you.
  • Complete the RMA (fill out the form and print it out).
  • Return the merchandise to Signature Announcements within 10 days from the date the RMA is emailed.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• No refunds after 30 days of receiving package.

Personalized Graduation Announcements Merchandise:

• Personalized merchandise, if not defective or incorrect, cannot be refunded.
• Personalized merchandise, if customer made an error, can be replaced for a nominal reprint fee.
• Customer service must be notified within 10 days of package delivery date.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will then be emailed to you.
  • Complete the RMA (fill out the form and print it out).
  • Return the merchandise to Signature Announcements within 10 days from the date the RMA is emailed.
